Tippy’s family came to the United States as refugees in the late 1970s. She grew up in Rosemount, Minnesota, raised by a single mother whose persistence, courage, and fighting spirit shaped her — instilling the value of working hard for your goals and staying grateful to the people who help you along the way.
Outside of work she stays close to her Lao community, loves to cook, spends time with family, explores local restaurants, and supports small businesses. She travels when she can, always looking to create lasting memories with the people she loves.
